① Filing a report
- “Thank you for your report” message will be shown if your report is successfully filed through Ethics Hot-line.
② Accuracy of report (Registration)
- Your report will be logged and forwarded to the Internal Audit Division - Lotte Mart Vietnam for checking accuracy of report, and your identity will be remained anonymous and confidential. According to Lotte Mart’s regulations on internal investigation activity, it will take some times to to carry out the professional process to authenticate your denunciation before responding to the investigation decision to you.
③ Investigation Initiation
- An investigation will be initiated after confirming the investigation plan in regards to individuals and violations. It will be conducted first come first served and the duration of investigation will be vary depending on the level and scope of the case.
④ Investigation Completion
- An investigation will be completed after confirming the accuracy of the report.
⑤ Closing
- After investigation is completed, a case will be closed with an appropriate a disciplinary action according to the company policy.
⑥ Investigation result Notification
- We will announce the results of the investigation via the Website and/or contact information provided by the whistleblower. However, we would not do a follow-up when the result violates or are likely to violates our company’s rights and profits.
