Regulation for conflict of interest

1. If a person assigned to perform a task or job or in the course of work knows or is forced to know that the assigned task or work has a conflict of interest, he/she must report it to a competent person (Line manager and Specialized Department) for review.

2. Any person, when detecting a conflict of interests of another person holding a position or authority, must inform and report to the Line manager and the Specialized department.

3. Information and denunciation on conflicts of interest shall be presented in writing and must clarify the following contents:

a) Situations with conflicts of interest;

b) The time when the conflict of interest occurred and was known or discovered;

c) The degree of influence or will improperly affect the performance of tasks and jobs of employees.

4. Where there are grounds to believe that the employee's continued performance of tasks or work has conflicts of interest, does not ensure correctness, objectivity and honesty, the Company will take immediate and effectivemeasures to control conflict of interest.
